This was already a large home, just in need of some major personnal touch’s from the new owners.We replaced all the windows in the house consisting of louvres through to Bi-Fold doors. The bathrooms were re-built and a new ensuite was constructed.The first floor consisted of numerous unwanted walls which were all removed to create the ultimate master bedroom, with its own wet bar.An extension off the rear allowed the owners to accommodate a further three large bedrooms all overlooking the pool area on the ground floor.
